Refund
You can return certain products within 15 days from the date of delivery. All products are subject to the terms and conditions of our return and refund policy. Certain products cannot be returned because of hygiene conditions.

We give an option for you to return only certain products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Delivery
We provide free shipping on orders worth Rs. 499 and above. For all Cash on Delivery orders, we charge a standard convenience fee of Rs. 49. In case of orders below Rs. 499, we charge a standard delivery fee of Rs. 49. Convenience and delivery charges are non-refundable.
We usually ship your orders within 48 hours of confirmation. However, it can vary based on the location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
You can easily track your order after your package is sent out of our warehouse for delivery. As soon as your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with the following information:
- Order details
- Tracking number
- Courier company
So, using the above details, you can track your package during transit.

Payment
You can pay for Cash on Delivery(COD) orders by cash or credit/Debit card if the delivery person carries a ‘card swipe POS machine.’
After double-checking that the information you entered is right, please try again, including all account information, billing addresses, and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can place your order using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option if it is valid on the payment list.
Kindly contact our Customer Care if you didn’t receive an order confirmation mail after successful payment.
